Thank you so very much for your help in making this possible. I've attached a picture of me putting my hand print in the stone setting and one of my brother, Jerry. He did an awesome job setting it. We got it yesterday and set it and will have our dedication ceremony tomorrow. We have people coming from New York, AZ, Wisc., MN, and Washington state. While researching my favorite Memphis musician, jug band leader Will Shade, I decided to raise funds to buy him a gravestone. I called (Love Markers) after seeing the unique design samples on their website, and was fortunate to talk to Kevin Williams, who took an immediate interest in my project. he made some welcome design suggestions, helped coordinate the installation from a distance (I was living in Chicago at the time), and attended the dedication ceremony when I returned to Memphis the following year. Kevin obviously enjoys his work and loves helping others, so while Will Shade ended up with a great looking monument to his music, I ended up with some very nice memories and the satisfaction of a job well done.
